The numbers that actually moved
These aren't vanity metrics. They're what a property management owner actually feels day to day. Here's what changed for Westrom Group after switching to Goodjuju.

Qualified leads a month
Knowing it's working
From flying blind to dominating the market
Jon Westrom runs Westrom Group in Fort Worth, Texas. For years he had people handling his website and SEO, and he liked them, but he had a nagging problem. He had no real way to tell if any of it was working.
He didn't really know what a good website or good SEO even looked like, so he had no way to hold the people doing the work accountable. When he asked a question, he'd get a long answer he only halfway understood. He was paying for marketing and hoping, with no clear picture of what he was actually getting for it.
Jon found Goodjuju and shopped it against a few others. What convinced him was the owner. Landon took the time to walk through his website and SEO and actually educate him on what was good, what was just okay, and what was weak. Small business owner to small business owner, Jon felt a personal connection and knew they genuinely cared.
Goodjuju took over the website, local SEO, reviews, and content, all organic, with no paid ads. And every month, Jon gets a custom video walking through where things were, where they are now, and what's coming next. Communication turned into something that feels less like a vendor and more like an in-house team he can push on and hear back from in real time.
It took about six months to build a base, and then Westrom Group climbed to the top and kept climbing. Today it ranks #1 in the Dallas Fort Worth market, up from page two, and it even shows up first when you ask an AI for the best property management company in DFW.
That visibility turns into business. Westrom Group pulls in 12 to 20 qualified owner leads a month, sometimes 25 to 30, almost all inbound from people who simply say they found the company online. And it happens with zero paid advertising, at a client acquisition cost of about $200. Jon has changed nothing, and he dominates his competition.
Like an in-house team: Jon describes Goodjuju as a real, live, almost in-house SEO team, the same people year after year, who know him and treat his company like their only client.

Jon Westrom, in full
I decided to go with Goodjuju because of the time Landon, the owner, took to really tell me his story, and to literally go through my website and our SEO and educate me on what was good, what was just okay, and what was really weak. I shopped him around to a couple other people and was overwhelmingly convinced. Like me, he was a small business owner, and we were aligned to just work together. I liked hearing from the owner, felt like I had a personal connection, and he truly cared. Their team does too.
The problem I had before Goodjuju was that I didn't really know what good SEO and a good website even looked like. I'd had people doing my work for years. I liked them, but I had no way to check whether it was actually working. If I asked a question, I'd get a long answer I only halfway understood.
What happened when I started with Goodjuju is they literally give me a custom video every month. Sometimes it's three to five minutes, sometimes it's nine or ten because they're going over a lot of extra stuff. But I watch every one. It shows me where we were, where we are now, and what we're doing next month. It took about six months. I had a decent base, but now we're at the top of the top, and we keep climbing. They're relentless. Good is not good enough for them.
Communication has been night and day. I kind of laugh, because I think they sit around and talk about my company like I'm their only client. Jeffco has worked with me since day one and has been outstanding, and the owner is copied on everything. I respond with pain points or frustrations and they get back to me in real time. Sometimes they agree, sometimes they disagree, sometimes they tell me they need more from me. It's a real, live, almost in-house SEO team, and it's the same people. It's relationship based. They know me, I know them, and we pick on each other.
As for how much they've helped me grow, we do not spend a dime on paid advertising. We do almost no other marketing besides them, so our acquisition cost is maybe a couple hundred dollars. We get anywhere from twelve to twenty qualified leads a month, sometimes twenty five or thirty, and people just say they found me online. We've gone from page two, which nobody gets to, to number one, and you can ask AI for the best property management company in DFW and my company shows up. I believe in healthy, organic growth. I'll take eight quality leads all day long. We've been doing it for years, changed nothing, and we dominate the competition.
