WHAT 35 RANDOM CLIENTS SHOW

The same traffic can bring three times the owner leads

Two websites with the same visitors can end the month far apart. The difference is what the site does with the people who arrive.

8.9

owner leads per 1,000 visitors for the middle company

16.1 vs 5.0

the top 25% against the bottom 25%: about three times the owner leads from the same traffic

928 and 7

median monthly visitors and median monthly owner leads, each measured on its own

WHAT USUALLY MOVES THE NUMBER

Four fixes we see make the biggest difference

One clear next step for owners

Every owner page asks for one thing, like a rental analysis or a call, and asks for it more than once. When a page offers five choices, owners often pick none.

Proof before the ask

Reviews, results and how your fees work sit above the form, so an owner trusts you before you ask for their phone number.

Owner pages, separate from renters

An owner searching for a manager should never land on a vacancy listing. Separate paths keep each visitor on the page meant for them.

A short form on a fast site

Many owners find you on a phone. A page that loads quickly with a few fields loses fewer of them halfway through.

HOW WE MEASURED

Where these numbers come from

The data comes from Google Analytics for 35 randomly chosen residential property management companies that work with Goodjuju, from July 8 to October 5, 2026. We counted website visitors (Google Analytics users) and owner leads: forms tracked as a lead in Google Analytics at 27 companies, and visits to an owner thank-you page at the other 8. Phone calls aren’t included, and obvious spam traffic was removed.

Because these companies already work with us, the sample leans toward property managers who invest in their websites. A random set of companies would likely score lower, so treat the middle company as a fair bar, not a low one.

The dollar figures use your own inputs. The defaults ($180 a month per door, owners staying 36 months, one door per new owner) match the estimate in our client portal, and you can change all of them.
