WEBSITES FOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANIES
Property management websites that turn visitors into owner leads
Built around your company. Yours to keep.
Goodjuju has built 400+ websites for property managers, and nobody else, since 2018. We design and write each one around your company, your team and the areas you serve, with SEO built in before launch. When an owner compares you with the other managers in town, your site should give them a reason to call you.

BEFORE AN OWNER EVER CALLS
Your website is the first meeting most owners have with you.
Owners who find you on Google land on your site first. So do the ones a realtor or a past client referred, because they look you up before they pick up the phone. Within a few seconds they get a good or bad feeling about you, and that feeling decides whether they read on. Willis Allen of Concept 360 PM said it plainly: “Everyone looks online now, at reviews and at who the company is, before they decide to work with you.”
It looks like a template
If your site could swap logos with the next manager’s in town, an owner has nothing to go on but price. A personal story, trust signals and social proof change that.
It never asks the owner for anything
The site talks about listings, applications and tenant portals. An owner who’s ready to talk can’t find a clear next step, so they leave without reaching out.
It’s slow and dated on a phone
Plenty of owners check you out on their phone. If the site crawls, or looks like it was built in 2005, they’re probably outta there before your phone number loads.
Before Goodjuju, our founder Landon Murie owned a property management company and ran its website, SEO and ads himself, growing it to 172 doors. So we build every site from the owner’s side of the screen.
IN THEIR WORDS
Property managers we’ve built websites for, on camera.
0 → 15–20 WEBSITE LEADS A MONTH
“To this day I’ll get fifteen to twenty leads per month off our website, whereas two years ago I did not have one lead.”
Mike Busch · Excellence PM · San Jose, CA
10–15 → 700 SITE VISITS A MONTH
“But what’s really impressive is that we used to only get maybe ten to fifteen hits on our website. Now we’re getting seven hundred hits.”
Kerri Ziegler · Beacon PM · Littleton, CO
~HALF OF NEW BUSINESS FROM ONLINE LEADS
“I would say probably around half of our new business comes from the leads that are generated online from Goodjuju.”
Justin Woodall · Iron Horse PM · Athens, GA
~50 → 350+ DOORS
“What I was after was a customized website that would highlight my company and help us stand out in my local market, plus an SEO manager who could help me get organic business. That is exactly what Landon and his team have done for me.”
Paul Lopez · PropertySourced · Manteca, CA
WHAT OWNERS LOOK FOR
Four things decide whether an owner reaches out.
You can check most of these yourself. Pull up your site on your phone or computer and imagine reading it like an owner who’s never heard of you. We go deeper in the science of property management website design.
01
A first impression that earns trust
Owners judge you in the first few seconds. A modern, polished design with your area and services front and center tells them you’re an established company, so they keep scrolling.
02
Your people and your places
Team photos, photos of the neighborhoods you manage in, your own numbers and your story. That’s what makes an owner feel they know you before the first call, and stock photos can’t do it.
03
One clear next step
Every page gives a ready owner an obvious way to reach out, like requesting a free rental analysis or booking a consultation, with a short form that’s easy to fill out on a phone.
04
Proof next to the ask
Reviews, results and your track record, placed near the form. An owner is about to trust you with their property, so give them a reason to before they hit send.
WHY TEMPLATES BLUR TOGETHER
Six property managers. One layout.
These six homepages come from one well-known property management website vendor. Same big photo up top, same row of buttons for listings, owners and tenants, same “Welcome to…” headline, even the same layout. To an owner comparing managers, they’re hard to tell apart, and nothing on the page makes the case for any one company. Every site we build is designed for one company only.

IN EVERY BUILD
What you get, at every price.
All eight come with every tier. The tiers differ in depth: how many pages, how custom the design and how senior the team. See what each tier includes.
Your own designer
A designated designer on every build. Bigger builds get two or three senior designers and optional design calls.
Pages written for owners
Our content writers build every page from your onboarding answers, so the site sounds like your company and answers what owners ask.
City and area pages
A page for each town you serve, from 3 on the entry tier to 20+ on Empire, so an owner searching in that town finds a page made for them.
Conversion tuning
Calls to action, forms and proof placed where owners make up their minds. Higher tiers get deeper tuning, and Empire includes a year of A/B testing.
SEO before launch
Keyword research for your market, plus page titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, image alt text and a clean sitemap. We were an SEO agency before we built our first website.
Fast on every phone
Built on WordPress to meet Google’s PageSpeed Insights criteria, fully responsive on any device, and secured with HTTPS so owners feel safe filling out your form.
Listings and portals connected
Your rental listings and owner and tenant portal logins, pulled from Buildium, AppFolio, Propertyware, Rent Manager and other property management software.
Your login, your site
You get your own WordPress login to change pages or post blogs whenever you like, and once it’s paid for, the site belongs to you outright.
FROM OUR PORTFOLIO
Three rebuilds, and why each client asked for one.
EXCELLENCE PM · SAN JOSE, CA
First the website, then the map.

BEACON PM · LITTLETON, CO
More professional, easier to use.
Beacon had run on word of mouth for 20 years. Kerri Ziegler says the redesign made the site more user-friendly and more professional, and any change she asks for is done within 24 hours. Read the case study
CONCEPT 360 · LONG BEACH, CA
Brought into the 21st century.
Willis Allen says the old site gave owners no way to find Concept 360 or see the quality of its work. We rebuilt the site first, then the SEO behind it. Read the case study

BUILT ONLY FOR PROPERTY MANAGERS
A web designer who knows what an owner lead is.
A lot of property manager websites come from local marketing agencies or random national big box marketers, and plenty of them look fine. Knowing what gets an owner to fill out the form takes years of building for one kind of company and watching which sites bring owners in.
Owner leads, not renter leads
Lots of web designers count every form fill as a lead. We design for the owner: the headlines, the offers and the forms all speak to someone deciding who should manage their rental.
If you’ve ever been excited about a new lead and then found out it was a renter asking about a two-bedroom, you already know why that matters.
We study your market first
Before we design anything, we look at the managers you compete with: what their sites say, what they offer owners and where they fall short. The goal is the best property management website in your city.
Your free video analysis is where that research starts. Our CEO or CRO walks through your current site next to the managers outranking you, before you’ve spent a dollar.
WHY OWNERSHIP MATTERS
You own every page, photo and word.
Plenty of website companies in the property management industry keep your site on their own platform and charge every month to use it, so if you leave, the site stays with them. Call it "client retention", call it "protecting our designs"... we call it shady. Goodjuju charges once, and the design, the pages and the content belong to you outright.
A site you own: one payment, and it stays with you
A rented site: monthly fees, and gone when you cancel
HOW A BUILD WORKS
From kickoff to launch in 3–8 weeks.
You’ll know who’s doing what, and when you’ll see your site, before you decide anything. Most of the work to be done is ours. Yours is about an hour (or less) of questions on our refined onboarding form, and then your feedback on the preview.
DAY 1
Meet your team
One email introduces everyone working on your site and what each person handles, so you always know who to contact.
Day 1-2
Show us what you like
Your lead designer sends examples of sites we’ve built and asks which property management sites you already like. That sets the direction for your design. You can send us examples too.
WEEK 1
Fill out the questionnaire
About 40–60 minutes of questions on your company, services, team and areas. It gives our writers everything they need.
10 BUSINESS DAYS
See your homepage preview
We aim to have a working preview of your homepage ready within 10 business days. Tell us what you’d change. Most clients are very happy with this first look, but we take your feedback and work with it.
AFTER THE PREVIEW
We build out the rest
Designers and writers build every other page from your feedback, including your city and area pages.
BEFORE LAUNCH
Full SEO check
A content writer and an SEO manager go through every page so Google, and AI tools like ChatGPT, understand what you do and where.
LAUNCH
Your final review, then live
An executive assistant triple-checks everything. Once you’re proud of it, we put the site live on your domain. Hosting and ongoing SEO are optional.

★★★★★
I’ve been a client of Goodjuju for a few years now. They have done 2 websites for my company and are constantly increasing my SEO for property management in my very competitive market. I was getting zero traction from my website with other companies. They are a premier property management marketing agency in the country.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions about property management website design.
How long does it take to build a property management website?
Most sites launch in 3–8 weeks. A simpler site lands near the short end, and a large custom build with lots of pages takes longer. Either way, you’ll see a working preview of your homepage in roughly two weeks.
What does a Goodjuju website cost?
It’s a one-time fee, set by how many pages you need and how custom the design is. The tiers are $1,686, $2,760 and $9,270, plus a $14,800 Empire build, by application, for companies with several offices or the toughest metros. Most clients choose the $2,760 tier. The website pricing page shows everything each tier includes.
Do I own the website?
Yes. Once it’s paid for, it’s yours outright, with your own login. Keep it on our hosting or move it anywhere you like. Nothing about it depends on staying with us.
Do you write the content?
Yes. Every page is written from scratch by our content team, aimed at owners in your market, and you review all of it before launch.
Can you connect my property management software?
Yes. We’ve done it for many of the popular platforms, so your listings and portal logins sit right on your website, where owners and tenants expect to find them.
Can I make changes myself?
Yes. Your WordPress login lets you edit pages, swap photos or post blogs. If you’d rather not, our care plans ($126 or $340 a month) include edits by our designers, usually done within 4–12 hours.
Do I need SEO too?
Not to launch. Every site goes live with keyword research and on-page SEO done. Ongoing SEO is a separate month-to-month plan that builds your rankings and map-pack visibility over time, and SEO clients pay less for their website.
